PROFILE

JREM, a family company founded in 1998.  Rene Maalihan sits as President and Elenita Maalihan as Vice President: Justin Maalihan, their only son, as Executive Director.

JREM business includes, among many others, ballroom dance instruction, events coordination, running Friday dance for ballroom dance enthusiasts, DJ services and distributor of FREEDS, quality ballroom dance shoes imported from England.

They have been organizing dance events for the international ballroom community in which they invite world class professional ballroom dancers from Europe, USA and Canada to do shows.

Elenita and Rene were one of the producers in two successful productions of the Lani Misalucha and Society of Seven, one in 2006 and the other in 2008.  In September 2008 it also sponsored the sold out show “The Main Event”: Duet of the Divas – Lani Misalucha and Regine Velasquez at the Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto.
